- A deposit of $500 per weekly camp is required to secure your reservation. The total balance is due 3 weeks prior to the starting day of camp.
- A refund minus a $75 administration fee will be charged on a cancellation made 6 weeks prior to the starting day of camp.
- A $200 cancellation fee will be charged on a cancellation received 4 weeks prior to the starting day of camp.
- If a cancellation is received within 2 weeks prior to the start of the camp, ITA will retain the full amount.
*Exceptions are made for serious medical and family reasons
