Fitness and Conditioning Program
Objectives
1. Fitness Testing – the main objective of the testing is to help determine the physical strength and weaknesses of the player as well as to help them improve the weaknesses.
2. Injury Assessment Evaluation – Prior to the fitness testing, players undergo the injury assessment evaluation to prevent any future injuries
Fitness Programs
1. Professional Players Fitness Program – this program is created to help better cater the pros based on their specific fitness needs
2. Transition Players fitness program – This fitness program is created to help our junior players transiting to professional. This program allows them to maximize their fullest physical potential.
3. Full Day High Performance Fitness Program – Our junior players training morning and afternoon session are undergoing this program.
4. Half Day High Performance Fitness Program – this program addresses the needs of players that attend school in the morning but train in the afternoon.
5. Private Fitness Lesson - Players that require extra help in fitness such as in strength training or on court specific footwork may choose to work one on one with a fitness coach
6. Massage Therapy – for a faster recovery or injury prevention players can request to work with the massage therapist.
