Morningside Academy is an independent and fully accredited private school located just a few minutes from ITA and the Club Med Sandpiper Resort. ITA and Morningside Academy have developed a program that is offered to the ITA athletes. The school's curriculum takes into account the exciting, yet rapidly evolving, intellectual, emotional and physical needs of all our athletes, from grades 8 through 12.

In addition to Morningside’s traditional college preparatory curriculum they also offer a Dual Enrollment program through an association with Malone University allowing the ITA student athlete to earn 20-25 hours of college credit without have to leave the Morningside campus.

Morningside Academy gives full consideration to each athlete's tournament schedule by tailoring academics accordingly. All student athletes are provided with a flexible schedule and full cooperation from the Morningside faculty.

With small classes and a fully certified teaching staff Morningside strives to educate not only the mind of its students, but their spirit and soul as well.

Full-Time Athletes that are not initially accepted into the core academic program at Morningside Academy due to their English deficiency would be required to enroll in their accelerated English program for a period ranging from 2 months to a semester or until their English level is viewed acceptable by the Morningside Admissions Office. Once the Morningside Admissions Office validates the athlete’s English proficiency, that athlete is then welcome to join the core academic program.

UNIVERSITY AND COLLEGE PREOPERATIONAL TESTING

Due to the fact that the SAT, ACT, and TOEFL Standardize Tests are so widely accepted as indicators of University and College acceptance, ITA and Morningside have developed a wide range of tutoring and programming options to sever our athletes needs, and better prepare them for the competitive academic environments that they are endeavoring to pursue.
