  • Former Senior Vice President, IMG and Director, IMG Academies. Managing Partner (along with David Band) of Bayshore Sports Associates former 40 percent shareholder of IMGA (re-purchased by IMG early 2009)
  • Developed/managed/operated IMG Academies – the worlds largest and most successful multi-sport, training and education camp/academy business. Grew tuition revenue to annual sales of 40ml with additional real estate sales in excess of 20ml annually.
  • Direct involvement included overall business plan/strategic development and implementation, new company structures, supervision and all operational activity related to IMG Academies business units/subsidiaries, planning and forecasting all income/expense/cap-ex maintenance/expansion budgets, supervision of all overhead divisions (sales/guest relations/HR/etc.), all aspects relating to the company staffing pattern, customer relations, real estate acquisitions, development and sales.
  • Ground up development of Shonan Sports Center in Fujisawa Japan. the largest tennis/fitness/academy in Asia, as an expatriate for the Nick Bollettieri Tennis Academy.
  • Created/developed/executed the business plan that transitioned the NBTA to a multi-sport/education company.
  • Created/developed/provided oversight of physical plant development required to execute 300 acre growth plan. Created/developed/designed all investment vehicles and as well as raised all funds required execute the Academy growth strategy. Money raise in excess of in excess of 50ml
  • Created/founded/started all new sport divisions - golf, soccer, baseball, basketball, hockey, International Performance Institute, Bollettieri Sports Medicine, Pendleton School (elementary – grade 12), Bollettieri Development Company, Academy Resort Villas, Academy Park Villas, Legends Bay, Legends Cove, The Nutrition Institute, The Language Institute (previously Yazigi International Language Institute newly replaced by the University of Miami).
  • Responsible for formulating, initiating and executing the turn around of the Evert Tennis Academy, a 48% holding of IMG.
  • Over 30 years of experience in every element of the club resort, camp and academy business.
